Our dock will comfortably accommodate yachts up to 70 feet with a seven foot drafts. We also have two dock power supply boxes each with a 30 and 50 AMP receptacle. Dockage is FREE dockage for registered cottage guests – unless there are additional people living/sleeping on the boat, in which case there is a $2.00 per foot, per night additional charge. The daily flat rate for dock electrical usage is $25 per day, for either 30 or 50 AMP, for boats up to 42'. Fresh water at the dock is not available for hook-up or purchase. Please notify us in advance of plans to bring a boat requiring power to the dock.

Additional persons in any cottages: $50 per night. Children 12 years and under, no charge. Pets possibly allowed (Bahamian permit required). The 10% Bahamian V.A.T. Tax is not included in the above rates and will be added to the net invoice. The rates listed above do INCLUDE a standard 15% local onsite staff fee.
NOTE: Linton's Cottage rental includes on-premise 2-person staff - providing daily cottage housekeeping as well as assistance with outings, ferry pickup/dropoff, cabs, dinner reservations, etc. We are one of the few non-resort cottage rentals that offer on-site staff, daily housekeeping as well as provide paper products, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen with an array cooking spices and many other ammenities. On-site laundry is also available for a nominal fee.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation booking. Balance due by the first of the month prior to the arrival month. Deposit is refundable (less $100 handling fee) if cancellation is received in writing four weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, refunds only upon re-booking a comparable stay.
Stocked Kitchen Provisioning: To get started with provisioning your cottage kitchen, we are pleased to offer a convenient grocery and liquor shopping service. This option is particularly suggested for late in the day and Sunday arrival/check-in.
SID’S FOOD STORE, on Green Turtle Cay, will fill the grocery order and arrange with PLYMOUTH ROCK CAFÉ and LIQUOR STORE to fill the beverage order. SID’S will then deliver all FREE of CHARGE to the designated cottage. Sid’s will coordinate with our staff regarding the timely delivery of the items to be awaiting your arrival. Sid’s will open a charge account in your name, for the duration of your stay, to be settled in store prior to departure.

Golf Cart Rental: Golf carts are the preferred mode of transportation for local residents and visitors. We strongly suggest IMMEDIATELY making cart rental arrangements. Cart rental availability will become very scarce during the busiest times of the year. Based on proven records of good service and reliability, we recommend you contact either Kool Kart Rentals - www.koolkartrentals.com or T&A Carts – www.tnarentals@gmail.com.
The cart will be delivered on the start date of your reservation awaiting your immediate use upon arrival at our dock.
